Security Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support activities, and appropriate emergency response actions within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, waiting areas, and/or other assigned posts, assisting with visitor screening practices, directional support, and reporting unusual behavior or conditions;
Support healthcare operations by helping to manage access control, escort-related requests, and security-related responses involving patients, visitors, restricted areas, and/or sensitive locations
