Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.;
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
Support Allied Universal and site personnel by documenting daily activity, visitor interactions, and security-related incidents in a clear and timely manner.
