Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor movement within the healthcare location, following post orders and reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns.;
Assist with de-escalation support and directional assistance for patients and visitors while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced care environment.
