Security Officer Part Time Healthcare

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances and common areas for security-related concerns, assist with directions and general inquiries, and report maintenance, access, and policy-related issues;
Support a professional healthcare environment by observing and reporting suspicious behavior, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures
