Learn more:  As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay highly visible to help to deter security‑related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm, clear communication.

Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour

Day Time – Tue 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Wed 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to hospital staff, patients, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including medical facility alarms, disturbances, and/or requests for assistance from clinical areas.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare buildings, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing traffic flow, checking credentials when required, and directing visitors to proper check‑in locations.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and unusual conditions using site‑required reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
