Security Officer Afternoon Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, loading areas, and other common spaces, verifying access permissions when required and assisting with visitor direction and general property-related inquiries;
Support daily property operations by reporting maintenance-related issues, observing vendor and/or contractor activity, and following post orders for after-hours access, deliveries, and incident response;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
