Security Officer Bike Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry when required, and assist with visitor directions and general site information while following property-specific protocols;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts;
Support daily operations by completing routine reports, communicating with property management and/or Allied Universal leadership, and helping to address tenant and visitor concerns in a professional manner
