Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, screening processes, and/or access control procedures in support of healthcare operations;
Support staff and first responders during medical-related incidents, emergencies, and/or disruptions by communicating clearly and following post orders and site protocols
