Security Officer Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and reporting of security-related concerns;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, waiting areas, and other assigned locations, helping to manage access, observe visitor activity, and communicate with staff regarding security-related matters;
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines
