Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support an orderly environment for staff, patients, and authorized guests;
Assist with incident reporting, security-related observations, and/or requests for assistance while following Allied Universal and site guidelines
