Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, administrative spaces, access points, and perimeter locations;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations as required by site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Support Allied Universal and site personnel during routine operations, shift handoffs, and/or emergency situations by communicating clearly and following post orders and incident response guidelines
