Join Millennium Print Group as a Security Specialist
. You will be proactive and detail‑oriented, helping protect our people, property, and operations and maintaining a safe environment across our facilities.

Responsibilities include monitoring security systems, conducting inspections, investigating incidents, reporting findings, supporting emergency response, delivering training, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

• Flex shift: 6 pm – 2 am
• Wicklander Zulawski certification is a plus

• Monitor and maintain security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify security risks
• Investigate incidents such as theft, fraud, or policy violations
• Document and report findings, incidents, and corrective actions
• Support emergency response and crisis management efforts
• Deliver training on security awareness and loss prevention
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance
• Recommend improvements to enhance security and reduce risk

• 2–3 years of experience in security, loss prevention, military, or law enforcement
• High School diploma or equivalent; degree in criminal justice or related field preferred
• Experience with security systems and surveillance technology
• Strong problem‑solving and investigative skills
• Effective communication and report‑writing abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and travel as needed
• Bilingual skills are a plus
