Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor screening, credential checks, and entry authorization activities;
Monitor entry and exit points for employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors;
Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, gate areas, trailer yards, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter;
Document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and access-related concerns in accordance with post procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate as needed
