Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, assisting with visitor direction and after-hours access verification;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and first responders as needed;
Report hazards, malfunctioning doors, lighting issues, and other concerns that could impact patients, staff, visitors, and/or property
