Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate common areas, building exteriors, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe activity, documenting and reporting unusual conditions and security-related incidents;
Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed;
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications
