Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Must be able to ride a bike;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns
