Job Description

Acme Plumbing Co. is seeking a high performing Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead large scale commercial plumbing projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring all installations meet project specifications, safety requirements, and plumbing code standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive commercial experience and the ability to maintain productivity, quality, and job site organization.

• Site Leadership:
  Supervise Journeymen and Apprentices, assign daily tasks, and monitor productivity
• Project Oversight:
  Read blueprints, perform material take offs, and ensure materials are properly ordered and staged
• Coordination:
  Work closely with General Contractors and other trades to maintain schedules and prevent conflicts
• Quality and Safety:
  Enforce safety standards and conduct inspections to ensure code compliance and workmanship quality

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial plumbing experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and manage multi phase commercial projects
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of plumbing codes and commercial mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents

Job Type:

Full Time, typically 38 to 42 hours per week

Pay:

$27.00 to $40.00 per hour
