What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems and components
• Install and replace equipment when needed
• Provide accurate estimates and explain solutions to homeowners
• Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance options
• Perform routine preventative maintenance services
• Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Work in various conditions—climb ladders, lift 50–100 lbs, and access crawl spaces/attics

What We’re Looking For:

• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• Team-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with HVAC technology
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (DMV report required)
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
