** What You’ll Be Doing**
* ** The Full Spectrum:
** From routine PMs (Preventative Maintenance) to complex engine overhauls and transmission swaps.
* ** Hydraulic Mastery:
** You’ll become an expert in the high-pressure systems that make our loaders and packers move.
* ** Tech-Forward Diagnostics:
** Use state-of-the-art software to talk to the trucks, clear codes, and find the "ghost in the machine."
* ** Safety First:
** Ensuring every truck that leaves the yard is 100% DOT compliant. If it’s not safe, it doesn’t roll.
* ** Fabrication & Welding:
** Occasionally getting creative with a torch or welder to keep the steel strong.##
** What We’re Looking For**

* Experience:

** 2–5+ years of experience with heavy-duty diesel engines (Cummins, Mack, or Detroit experience is a huge plus).
* ** The Toolbox:
** You have your own set of tools (we provide the big stuff and the tech).
* *
* Certifications:

** A CDL is a "nice to have," but an air brake certification and a clean driving record are must-ops.
* ** Mindset:
** You’re a "fix it right the first time" kind of person. You take pride in your bay and your builds.##
