Westaff has immediate opening for an Experienced Major Appliance Service Repair Technician Durham, NC area.

$20.00 per hour

Hours:

7:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday NO WEEK-ENDS

Experienced Major Appliances Service Repair Tech

Duties include:

• Must have 2 years repairing household major appliances.
• Experience in performing in-home deliveries and installations
• Must have experience in delivering and installing major appliances (Dish Washers, Washer/Dryers, etc.) to residential and commercial sites.
• Familiarity with appliance dollies and 2-man loading straps
• Excellent Customer Service
• Must have knowledge of plumbing and electrical, related to installing appliances.
• Good mechanical skills
• Ability to move appliances with appliance dollies and the strapping method-must know how to do.
• Must have good driving record and current drivers’ licenses.
• Able to drive and have experience in driving a delivery box truck

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in related field-Installing Appliances-Electrical & Plumbing
• High School or equivalent required.
• Plumbing/Electrical Certificates a plus.
• Box Truck-experience driver.
• Clean driving record.
