Position: Maintenance Technician (The Mews Apts)!

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience

• HVAC expertise, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining systems and heat pumps

• Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)

• EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (preferred - willing to certify you!)

• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative

• Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment

• Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment

• Valid Driver's License
