As we expand, we’re seeking skilled and motivated Installation Technicians to help bring fiber to more communities.

As an Installation Technician, you’ll be the face of our company—responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fiber‑optic internet services at customer premises. You’ll ensure every installation is clean, professional, and meets the highest technical and customer service standards.

• Install and activate fiber internet services in residential and small business locations
• Run and terminate fiber‑optic cables, mount equipment, and configure customer premises equipment (CPE)
• Educate customers on system functionality and answer basic service questions
• Diagnose and resolve service issues on‑site when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate installation records
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams to ensure job completion

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
• Previous experience in telecommunications, cable, or electrical installation preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and working at heights or in crawl spaces
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
