Job Summary
Bl‑Ray Brothers Truckaline is hiring Diesel and Alignment Technicians at our new facility in Columbus, MN. Join a family‑owned operation that values quality, safety, and growth.
ScheduleMonday‑Friday, 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM‑12:00 AM. 10% pay differential for 2nd shift.

- Perform routine servicing and repair of diesel trucks or trailers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble, and examine parts for defects and excessive wear.
- Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, assembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub‑assemblies, and components.
- Perform custom work including brake replacement, suspension repair, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, and trailer body rebuild.
- Manage wheel‑end, frame, tag‑axle, and brake repairs.
- Provide after‑sale services such as component installation.
- Ensure vehicles meet federal safety requirements and compile inspection reports.
- Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
- Maintain a safe, clean work area.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to assist when needed.
- Mechanical aptitude with prior technician experience a plus; training provided otherwise.
- Welding experience a plus for trailer technicians.
- Ability to lift 50–100 lb occasionally and 10–50 lb frequently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
