• Get Work Done
  • Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job
  • Load and unload trucks with necessary materials, tools, and equipment
    
    Prepare job sites, including concrete grinding, surface preparation, coating, and cleanup
  • Install garage flooring, storage, organization systems, and accessories following core processes
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
  • Maintain a clean truck, tools, and equipment
  • Distribute yard signs and door hangers to neighboring households as directed

  • Ensure all aspects of work are performed safely and consistently
  • Call out safety concerns as soon as they are identified
  • Utilize all designated PPE equipment
  • Complete paperwork accurately and return it to the manager or appropriate team member
• Team Commitment
  • Show up on time, ready to work, and prepared to support the crew
  • Assist co‑workers as assigned and be willing to help with duties outside normal job responsibilities
  • Stay flexible when job sites, schedules, or project needs change

• Previous construction, flooring, concrete, or trade experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic and motivated individuals
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow directions
• Ability to work as part of a team, follow supervisors, and eventually lead others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; must be able to obtain and hold a DOT driver certification if required
• Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. as needed for job‑related materials and equipment

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
