- Keep the job site clean, organized, and ready for the homeowner

- Get Work Done
- Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job
- Load and unload trucks with necessary materials, tools, and equipment
Prepare job sites, including concrete grinding, surface preparation, coating, and cleanup - Install garage flooring, storage, organization systems, and accessories following core processes
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean truck, tools, and equipment
- Distribute yard signs and door hangers to neighboring households as directed
- Safety
- Ensure all aspects of work are performed safely and consistently
- Call out safety concerns as soon as they are identified
- Utilize all designated PPE equipment
- Complete paperwork accurately and return it to the manager or appropriate team member
- Team Commitment
- Show up on time, ready to work, and prepared to support the crew
- Assist co‑workers as assigned and be willing to help with duties outside normal job responsibilities
- Stay flexible when job sites, schedules, or project needs change
- Previous construction, flooring, concrete, or trade experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic and motivated individuals
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow directions
- Ability to work as part of a team, follow supervisors, and eventually lead others
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; must be able to obtain and hold a DOT driver certification if required
- Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. as needed for job‑related materials and equipment
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
