You will:
- Be involved with some of the largest and most complex systems in the industry
- Spend time in Slovenia training alongside our global engineering and production teams
- Play a key role in building Brinox USA’s service organization
- Join a tight-knit, mission-driven team that values success, integrity, and celebrates wins

- Install and commission bio/reactors, process skids, GMP washers, CIP/SIP systems
- Support factory assembly and testing in Europe, then bring systems to life on-site
- Troubleshoot and optimize systems to ensure maximum uptime
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, and calibrations across customer sites
- Train customer teams on operation and maintenance
- Collaborate closely with back offices in the U.S. and in Europe
- Ensure compliance with GMP and pharma standards
Travel: Up to 80% (international trips are 2–3 weeks, 2–3 times per year)
Who You AreYou’re not just looking for a job, you want to build and grow.
- 3+ years’ experience in pharma/biopharma equipment installation or service
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills (PLC/automation is a plus)
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Clear communicator with strong customer focus
- Open to international travel and cross-cultural collaboration
- Energized by a small company environment: flexible, proactive, and accountable
- Technical training (Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Process Tech, or similar)
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial systems
- Understanding of GMP/FDA environments (preferred)
- Ability to function as a hands-off HSE lead in large projects is a significant plus
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Ability to travel extensively
- Based in the Eastern U.S. (ideally near a major airport)
- Must pass background check
