Forklift Operator

Partnerships between Adecco and our local Customers always give great benefits! While working as a Forklift Operator for Adecco at our local Customer, you will earn $21.50/hr and receive a weekly paycheck. Durham, NC!

• Assist with staging jobs, banding skids, cleaning scrap, and distributing materials throughout the warehouse and recycling areas.
• Operate forklift trucks, manual/electric pallet jacks, electric dollies, and other powered industrial equipment to transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, racks, and shelves while securing materials with strapping, bracing, and padding to prevent damage during transit.
• Follow OSHA safety standards, company policies, housekeeping procedures, and standard operating procedures while supporting shipping and receiving operations.

• Pay starting at $21.50/hr, plus overtime as needed.
• Weekly paycheck.
• Night shift schedule from 7:15 PM – 7:15 AM in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required; familiarity with OSHA forklift safety regulations preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, troubleshooting, and basic math skills required.

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
