- Perform general facility repairs, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance on buildings, facility equipment and utility systems. The scope of work may include electrical, plumbing, roofing, masonry, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, renovations, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance
- High school education or GED
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license (NCDL)
- 40 hours per week, $23 per hour, plus excellent benefits
