Life Science Logistics is seeking an experienced Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician in Durham, NC. This role performs monthly PMs on HVAC systems, including air handlers and rooftop units, and troubleshoots issues in electrical and mechanical components.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and strong troubleshooting abilities. EPA certification is not required as there is no refrigeration work.
