• 10+ years of construction field operations experience.
• Experience with Sunrooms, Patio Enclosures, Windows, and Doors.

You should have:

• Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods.
• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Comfort using technology, tablets, and digital tools.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in the field.
• A proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors while delivering win‑win solutions every time.

• Meet or exceed branch revenue goals.
• Maintain an outstanding 90‑Day Branch Quality.
• Keep projects on schedule according to budgeting timelines.
• Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction on service surveys.

• Apprentice ➜ Installer within 3 months.
• Installer ➜ Lead Installer within 9 months.
• Subcontractor fully qualified for installation within 3 months.
• Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations.
