• Construction or home improvement experience preferred – bring your hands‑on expertise to the job.
• Ability to manage installation crews while ensuring top‑quality workmanship on every project.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required to keep projects moving smoothly.

• 10+ years of construction field operations experience
• Product knowledge in sunrooms, patio enclosures, windows, and doors

• Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods
• The ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Comfort using technology, tablets, and digital tools
• Excellent organization and time management
• The ability to think quickly and adapt in the field
• A proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors while delivering win‑win solutions every time

• Meet or exceed branch revenue goals
• Maintain outstanding 90‑Day Branch Quality
• Keep projects on schedule according to GDI budgeting timelines
• Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction on service surveys
• Develop Winning Teams
  • Apprentice ➜ Installer within 3 months
  • Installer ➜ Lead Installer within 9 months
  • Subcontractor fully qualified for installation within 3 months
• Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations
