Comfort Systems USA Mid Atlantic is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman for commercial construction projects in the Durham, NC area. The role requires coordinating HVAC and piping installations, directing crews, and ensuring safety and quality on site.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a mechanical foreman, EPA Universal Certification, and is comfortable working with multiple system types including RTU and air handlers. OSHA 30 certification is preferred and excellent communication is essential.
