The ideal candidate will have industrial maintenance experience, with strong mechanical and electrical skills, including reading schematics and using testing equipment. They may have completed a technical training program or apprenticeship and are adept at troubleshooting and repairing machinery in a fast‑paced, continuous manufacturing environment. A commitment to safety, teamwork, and the ability to work 12‑hour shifts are essential.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and installation on plant machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and equipment issues.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Inspect and test machinery before returning it to production.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report any issues.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED and completed craft apprenticeship or training.
  • Knowledge of mechanical maintenance, power tools, and equipment operation.
  • Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
  • Experience with electrical testing equipment (Meters and Meggers).
  • Able to work 12‑hour shifts.
