Job HighlightsWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Summary & RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Paining, light carpentry, maintance of the floors.
- Troubleshoot and repair various equipment and building systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with facility improvements and renovations as needed.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs outside regular hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a facilities maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and safety guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions (e.g., outdoors, confined spaces).
