Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

This is an opportunity for those who enjoy being challenged in different ways each day and have a passion for finding solutions. You will work closely with others while managing your own responsibilities, supporting our production HVAC systems and related equipment.

• Support repair and maintenance of production HVAC needs, including support equipment.
• Perform general maintenance of rooftop package AC units, split units, air handlers, and make‑up HVAC units.
• Communicate with internal customers and management regarding planning, repairs, and maintenance of facility equipment.
• Collaborate with coworkers through meetings, digital pass‑downs, and CMMS record keeping.
• Maintain a culture of safety throughout all tasks.

• Extensive knowledge of refrigeration equipment.
• Industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to respond outside of normal business hours to support the team.
• Physical capability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds, use ladders and lifts, and walk or climb regularly.

This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
