MCNC is seeking a Locate Technician in North Carolina to identify and protect MCNC fiber optic underground facilities. You will read maps, inspect construction areas, and locate buried utilities for MCNC and other providers.
You will document findings, photograph sites, and coordinate with excavators and utility representatives. Candidates should have 1–3 years locating experience, a high school diploma, and be able to work outdoors in all weather.
