Avalon Bay Communities, Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Durham to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance tasks across communities.
You will supervise junior techs, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for occupancy with timely repairs. Experience in maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work on-call are required.
