Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred; ability to safely use aerial lifts and other maintenance equipment as required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a senior technical resource and working lead for maintenance activities involving production equipment, facility infrastructure, utilities, automation, and building systems.

Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, modify, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/control, HVAC, BMS, CNC, and automated manufacturing systems.

Lead complex maintenance repairs from diagnosis through completion, including parts identification, repair planning, safe execution, documentation, and follow-up verification.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using the CMMS, ensuring work orders are accurate, complete, timely, and supported with clear notes, parts usage, and corrective actions.

Coach, train, and mentor junior technicians in troubleshooting methods, safe work practices, equipment operation, work-order documentation, and professional maintenance standards.

Support equipment reliability by identifying recurring failures, recommending improvements, assisting with root-cause analysis, and communicating risks or corrective actions to supervision.

Install, relocate, or modify equipment and utilities, including electrical power, compressed air, water, and other production-support systems, in coordination with supervision and vendors.

Inspect buildings, infrastructure, fire protection components, riser room equipment, utilities, and production-support systems; report deficiencies and complete assigned corrective actions.

Coordinate and direct vendor work as assigned, ensuring repairs are performed safely, documented properly, and aligned with Power Secure expectations and site requirements.

Apply and reinforce LOTO, PPE, EHS requirements, lift safety, housekeeping, and safe work practices during all maintenance activities.

Interpret technical manuals, drawings, schematics, PLC/control information, and equipment documentation to support efficient troubleshooting and repair.

Perform general facility maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding, equipment moves, and other building or grounds repairs as needed.

Complete required continuing education, e-learning, classroom, and on-the-job training while supporting the skill development of the maintenance team.
