Today, we are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician with experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heat pumps.
Strong HVAC experience is required
.

• Strong hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.
• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
• Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
• Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
• Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment
• Valid Driver's License
