UG2 is seeking a Building Engineer / Maintenance Technician III to maintain, repair, and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls in a commercial facility. Duties include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and working with MEP systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, occasional after-hours work, and alignment with company SOPs and safety guidelines. Shift is first, with full-time status and a $32–$36 per hour compensation.
