NVE is seeking HVAC Mechanics to operate, maintain, inspect, and repair large commercial HVAC systems across the EPA-RTP Main Campus and facilities. The two-person team must hold NC Heating Group 2 and 3 licenses and will support the Laboratory Ventilation Management Program.
Responsibilities include PMIs, CMMS documentation within 10 days, bas interactions, and ensuring comfort and air quality per ASHRAE 55/62.1 standards through routine walkthroughs and set-point management.
