Assist with preventive maintenance on utility distribution systems and related building infrastructure;
Support maintenance and repair tasks involving steam distribution, chilled water, central hot water, domestic water, stormwater, and reclaimed water systems;
Enter and maintain work-related information in CMMS including work orders and asset records;
Complete lockout/tagout documentation and hot work permits;
Use and maintain testing equipment and hand tools
