The Casework Technician plays a vital role in supporting the Independent Living program by providing administrative and casework assistance to two Independent Living Counselors. This position ensures efficient service delivery to consumers across six counties in the western region.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct interviews with consumers and collect diagnostic documentation to support eligibility determinations and the development of individualized employment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation throughout the rehabilitation process using the designated case management system.
- Prepare and process essential paperwork, including billing, payment forms, and correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support as directed by the counselors, ensuring all related tasks are completed effectively and in compliance with program standards.
- Administrative Proficiency:
Demonstrated experience in performing routine office tasks including data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and accurate filing, with a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail. - Interpersonal Effectiveness:
Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with consumers, colleagues, and the public. Skilled in handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining professionalism in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. - Organizational Agility:

Recruitment Range$37,782.00 – $46,000.00
Position Eligibility and FlexibilityPosition is eligible for a hybrid‑teleworking schedule to include weekly onsite work hours.
