Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support adults across the South of County Durham, including Weardale, Tees dale, Bishop Auckland, Shildon and Newton Aycliffe. This role is based in Crook.

• Social care OT practice including moving & handling, equipment provision and adaptations
• Community‑based assessmentsacross multiple localities
• Supporting independence through tailored interventions and safe practice
• Multi‑agency collaboration with local partners and services

• Prior experience inadult social care OT
• Strong knowledge ofmoving & handling, equipment and adaptations
• Ability to work independently across a wide geographical patch
