Personal Assistant Ben in Barrhead; SESSIONAL

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
• Expand clients' social networks and connections.
• Support clients in daily living tasks such as household maintenance, gardening, and exercise.
• Provide transport to appointments and leisure activities.
• Support a non‑verbal client, communicating via visual aids.
• Maintain a calm, supportive environment conducive to routine and structure.

• Understanding of Autism spectrum conditions preferred.
• Patience, empathy and a good sense of humour.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Valid automatic driving licence, if required for transport duties.
