Description
You will be a Military Operations Analyst, responsible for identifying and managing internal and external all-source military operations and providing critical thinking and collection requirements to support the military operations community.
What You Will Be Doing- Identifying and managing internal and external all-source military operations, including critical thinking and collection requirements
- Interfacing with other offices and agencies to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks
- Identifying requirements and tasking them to the appropriate collection elements
- Verifying that responses meet requirements and compiling daily activity reports
- Coordinating with Liaison Officers (LNOs) to verify reporting data accuracy and completeness
- Ensuring operational leads are prepared and ready to implement their supported missions
- Coordinating travel and submitting expense reports
We look for a highly skilled Military Operations Analyst with strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills, capable of working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and with DoD civilians and military personnel.

Requirements- You must be a U.S. citizen.
- Position requires a government security clearance. Top Secret clearance is required.
- Must be able to work onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
- Ability to organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
- Ability to develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the enterprise
- Ability to create and manage various pilot programs and tech scouting initiatives
- Ability to work closely with project sponsor, coordinate with staff and units to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, market research, budget, and timing for new pilot initiatives
- Support and inform concept and capability development, enterprise‑wide gaps, shortfalls, and strategic risk across the force
- Prepare and conduct defense and operational‑level analysis to present/brief senior‑level government leadership on findings
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and government staff and units to collate and implement inputs, development, and participation in modernization activities
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour work week over a five‑day week to condensed schedules providing additional time away from the office, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
