Job Description:Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on web development to join a dynamic team contributing to the organization’s digital presence.
This role involves building end-to-end features, enhancing user experiences, and supporting the underlying platforms that power web applications.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to innovate and continuously learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web user experiences and supporting platforms.
- Develop end-to-end features as part of autonomous, cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Implement modern web development practices, including CI/CD, A/B testing, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles.
- Apply test-first development methodologies using modern test frameworks.
- Engage in impactful technical discussions and share innovative ideas to improve products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong understanding of HTTP-based APIs and networking.
- Experience with asynchronous programming (Promises, Callbacks, Event Loops).
- Hands-on experience with the Angular framework and its native tools/features.
- Experience in visual design and rapid prototyping.
- Proficiency in Node.js frameworks such as Express
JS or NestJS. - Experience with automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium).
- Strong Git skills and experience working in large-scale development environments (e.g., mono repositories, task orchestrators like Nx).
- Experience in API design and development, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops, automated testing, and continuous delivery practices.
- Experience working in hybrid work environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and business needs.
