Overview

Title:

Java Developer – Hybrid

• Provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for FNS/SNAP development and maintenance using ORACLE, Java, and Cúram programming technologies.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of data extracts, ETL batch jobs, and reports for the client using Cúram Software product and Oracle.
• Analyze and identify reporting requirements for Case Management System reports and implement recommendations to report data of mid to high level complexity.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document data interfaces and reporting solutions; enhance existing data extracts and reports to meet business needs.
• Understand underlying data sources (databases) and interpret business requirements to develop diagnostic and tracking data via reports and dashboards.
• Gather and document requirements for new or modified data extracts and reports; develop complex SQL queries against large tables storing CLOBS/XML and related data structures, and design report layouts.
• Analyze existing queries/reports and fix issues; extract data and develop operational performance metrics and reports to ensure quality and integrity of extracts through validation and audit strategies.
• Provide 24×7 on-call support/rotation as part of responsibilities.

• Cúram V6/7/8 Certified Developer. V8 preferred – Required – 5 Years
• Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL – Required – 5 Years
• Power BI dashboards – Required – 5 Years
• Oracle, Oracle Utilities, ETL tools – Required – 7 Years
• Relational Database modeling – Required – 7 Years
• Structured system development methodologies – Required – 7 Years
• Ability to develop relationships with customers, respond to needs, and work with urgency; independently identify options – Required – 7 Years
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex technical procedures – Required – 7 Years
• BI tools such as Business Objects or BIRT – Highly desired – 5 Years
• Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) development – Highly desired – 3 Years
• Ability to lead and mentor the team and take ownership – Highly desired – 5 Years
