Pay Range: $66 – $68 /hour

• Experience with Java
• Experience with AWS
• Strong experience with Production Support
• Strong experience with Distributed Systems
• College degree in computer science or related field with 6 to 10 years of experience
• Knowledge of Java, Datadog, Cloud (AWS)
• Experience triaging production issues, locating performance improvements, and working with Engineering Teams
• Willing to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
• Experience with messaging technologies like IBM MQ, Kafka, etc. is a plus
• Primary focus and responsibilities will include support-related tasks as assigned

• Distributed On-Call Support
• DR Testing, Audits, Code Reviews
• Patching, Rehydration
• Maintaining Playbooks
• Certificate Management
• Maintaining Reliability and Observability
