• Lead the transformation of digital experiences across the Workplace Investing business unit.
• Design and architect highly scalable, customer‑facing digital applications that consume REST APIs.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and product owners, influencing roadmaps and delivering innovative solutions.
• Define and implement API standards and security blueprints that align with enterprise digital experiences.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Proven experience designing highly scalable customer‑facing digital applications that consume REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Consistent track record of designing and building consensus around sophisticated architecture.
• Expert knowledge in client‑side technologies including Angular, JavaScript/Type Script, HTML5, and CSS

• Expert knowledge in server‑side technologies including Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing elegant and consumable APIs with Spring Boot, Java, Open API Specification/REST, and OPA (Open Policy Agent).
• Experience leading, defining, and implementing API standards for REST and blueprints that align with enterprise digital experiences.
• Experience defining and implementing internet security for REST APIs using OAuth, OpenID Connect, and OPA policies.
• Security‑first outlook, protecting customer information.
• Experience leading, defining and implementing architecture blueprints that align with enterprise digital experiences across technical standards, policies and procedures.
• Excellent communicator, able to explain technical ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.

The Architecture & Engineering team supports the Workplace Investing business unit. The team is collaborative, driven by innovation, and works closely with partners throughout the organization to ensure seamless user experiences.
