We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role will primarily focus on building and supporting a Node.js backend and a React?based frontend, while also contributing to side initiatives, proof?of?concept work, and ongoing production support.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, communicative, and comfortable taking ownership of their work in a collaborative environment.

• Design and build scalable RESTful APIs and user interfaces
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend application components
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues
• Contribute to unit testing and test automation efforts
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external users

• Strong experience across backend and frontend development
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web technologies
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Ability to diagnose and resolve application errors effectively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow?through

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a full stack engineering role
• Hands?on backend development experience (e.g., Node.js, Java 8+)
• Experience working with relational database systems
• Frontend development experience using modern frameworks (preferably React and Type Script)
• Bias toward action and a proactive problem?solving mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience designing and documenting RESTful APIs
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks and test script development
